Brentford Christmas Lights Dinner Dance

For the past two years the Residents of Brentford have been able to enjoy the Christmas lights in the High Street.  The Brentford Christmas Lights Appeal 2010 is again seeking to raise the £3,500 required to cover the cost of the illuminations.  The lights make an enormous difference to the High Street and really help to invoke the spirit of Christmas.

Last year the fund raising gala was held at the Great Conservatory in Syon Park (see the photos), by kind permission of the Duke of Northumberland and a terrific time was had by all.

The Appeal Committee is delighted to announce that The Holiday Inn, Brentford’s leading hotel with its beautiful position overlooking Brentford Lock, have kindly agreed to allow us to use their stunning function room for our Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner.   This year promises to be very exciting, with a drinks reception sponsored by Siracusa, a three course dinner, a fabulous raffle prize and a short auction, followed by live music and dancing.

The Brentford Glitterati really will be out in force for the annual Christmas Light Appeal fund raising gala at the Holiday Inn on 25th November.   24 tables have already been booked, making this the most successful ever.  The aim is to reach 30 tables this year – if you haven’t booked yet please do so.

Amazing prizes this year include a fantastic flat screen television as the main raffle prize – perfect for Christmas.   A truly first class live band to dance the night away to……miss it and you truly will be missing out

Tickets are £45 per person and include a drinks reception, four bottles of wine per table of 10 and a three course set meal. Tables of 10 are available at a cost of £450.
