Employing people to support the growth of your business is key to your success. Get it right and you will be on the path to a flourishing business. Get it wrong and not only are you likely to be spending money in covering your ineffective employment costs but you could also become liable to costly litigation and/or compensation settlements.

What you will learn:

How to differentiate between employees and freelancers

Identify the real – non discriminatory – requirements of the role you are recruiting for

What not to say in recruitment adverts to avoid discrimination claims

Similarly how to get the information you need during interviews without incurring unintended discriminatory questions or remarks
