How Food Safety can Increase Business
Workshop on Wednesday 14th March 2012
The London Olympics and Paralympics are approaching fast. Hounslow will be a major inbound destination some of the 4 million or so visitors to the games and will be staying at our established hotels and the many new ones that have been built in the borough over the last few year. Visitors often stay on a bed and breakfast basis giving local food businesses the opportunity to provide them with food at other times of the day. Food premises are currently awarded a ‘star rating’ under the London Scores on the Doors Scheme. Visitors will be using mobile apps to find out which eating places near them have a good star rating. This will influence them when they make their choice about where to eat.
This short workshop find out how to improve your “star rating”. Find what certificates you need and who needs to attend. Learn about how confidence in the use of a food safety management system and adequate staff training can make a difference to your business.
The food safety team at Hounslow Council would like to help you to make the most of this business opportunity. Improve your star rating and;
