Interviewers required for Girls’ School

Ruby Mir, of the Business Links Team is in need of volunteers to interview girls at Brentford School for Girls. If you can help please respond directly to Ruby.

157 Brentford school year 10 girls will be required to have a practice interview before they do their work experience placement in July (as the girls will be having an interview with their employer prior to their work experience placement).

To enable this to take place I am looking for volunteers to come to the school for a morning or an afternoon (or for the full day if you have lots of stamina!) to interview a few of the girls.

The interviews will be 10-15 minutes in length and you will be given a list of questions to ask and an assessment form to complete following each interview to give the girls some feedback on what they did well and what areas they need to improve in (all resources will be provided).

I am looking for approximately 24 volunteers (so each volunteer will do 6 or 7 interviews) Please could you let me know if you are able to help with the afternoon session (1.40pm – 3.20pm) on next Thursday, 10th May?

If you are able to get together a group of volunteers from your organisation that would be brilliant- please let me know the volunteers names and e-mail address so I can provide them with information.
