I draw Members’ attention to the following issues of significance:
- Chamber turn-over was £5587.
- A Deficit of £4201 was incurred during the year. Much of this (£3217) is attributed to work relating to Chamber rebranding and development which will not recur in future years.
- The other major expenditure (£4850) covers Secretarial expenses and reflects the excellent contribution made by our Secretary during the year.
- The Chamber held and administered an Account for the Brentford High Street Steering Group (BHSSG) and transferred all the funds to the Group on 20th January 2012.
It is anticipated that the Chamber’s running expenditure will be similar in Year 2012-13 and it is hoped that the Chamber’s Programme, providing significant and developing interest and support, will continue to attract an increasing number of Members.
