CAREERS DAY / SPEED NETWORKING

23 October 2012 at Rivers Academy | Year 11 (15 – 16 year olds)

Deliver a mini workshop about your industry or organisation at a local school. The school will match small groups of students that are interested in your area of work. A talk on career opportunities followed by a short practical activity would be ideal, or come along to just be involved in a speed networking session – it is fun, fast and effective!

MOCK INTERVIEWS

12 November at Hounslow Manor School & 22 November 2012 at Feltham School | Year 10 (14 year olds)

Spark! are looking for individuals to participate in one-to-one interviews with young people. Mock Interviews give students the opportunity to meet business people and find out what the expectations of employers are in an interview scenario.

ROLLERCOASTER ENTERPRISE CHALLENGE

14 December 2012 at Rivers Academy | Year 8 (12 – 13 year olds)

Share your knowledge and expertise with young people by volunteering to assist at a fun school enterprise day. Students will be set a business challenge and present their ideas at the end of the day.
