What do you have to commit to
- Employ the Apprentice for a minimum of 12 months (or longer depending on duration of training)
- Ensure the Apprentice works a minimum of 30 hours a week (or more)
- Pay your Apprentice at least £2.65 per hour (London average is £170 per week)
- Release the Apprentice to come to college on average 2 to 3 days per month (Monday’s) to train
