2013 Apprenticeship offer from West Thames College
West Thames College offers you:
- £3,000 cash back for employing an Apprentice aged 16-24* (£1,500 if located outside a London Borough)
- Free Apprenticeship training for your Apprentice (we are currently waiving the employer contribution to training fees, so you can save as much as £1200 per apprentice)
- Free recruitment, interview and selection to find you the right person for the job/apprenticeship (save as much as £2,000 on advertising costs and agency fees)
What do you have to commit to
- Employ the Apprentice for a minimum of 12 months (or longer depending on duration of training)
- Ensure the Apprentice works a minimum of 30 hours a week (or more)
- Pay your Apprentice at least £2.68 per hour (London average is £170 per week)
- Release the Apprentice to come to college on average 2 to 3 days per month (Monday’s) to train
