Our host and proud owner of Maydek, Derek Zwirn gave us a warm welcome and explained his business models and his son Andrew Zwirn displayed his state of the art kitchen appliances.

We were very well catered for by the Watermans Arms who provided a demonstration in the making of sushi and a splendid buffet.
