New Business Support Programme
Would it be easier to grow your business if you had an understanding of finance? Would a better understanding of costing and pricing help you make the correct decisions? Would the ability to set targets and how to achieve them increase your confidence in how to manage your business?
Hounslow Council are supporting businesses in the borough by funding a series of free business finance workshops and 1 to 1 coaching. Over the next two years nearly 200 businesses in the borough will be improving their skills and confidence in how they use their business figures to analyse and manage their business.
Business Finance training comprises four workshops in each cycle starting in January 2015 – you can attend just one or all but many businesses see the workshops as a complete programme. Further details here .

The coaching programme is about building the capacity of the business’ senior team by working with an experienced business coach to achieve sustainable growth. The coaching support focuses on the specific barrier to growth to unlock the longer term potential of the company.
