Invitation to Launch of Age UK’s charity shop

You are invited to the launch of the only charity shop in Brentford on Tuesday January 27th, from 6pm.

Help Age UK Hounslow celebrate their new shop following the closure of its previous home at Alexandra House. Join Kimberley and her team from 6pm. Refreshments will be available.

The new shop is open 18 Albany Parade, TW8 0JW (with a half hour free parking) 10-4pm Monday – Saturday. Donations can be dropped of at the front or the rear but only when the shop is open as abandoned goods tend to disappear.

Do bring along any donations and feel free to have a good browse on the night.

Age UK is always looking for new volunteers to run the shop to extend the opening hours. All profits go back into the local community.

All donations are welcome apart from children’s car seats, furniture (which can go to the Hanworth branch), helmets, duvets and pillows. These are items that are harder to recycle.
