It’s been a busy start to the year.
We launched our “Spotlight on” event at Novotel in January, where a good gathering joined to listen to Susan Pieterse discuss Apprenticeships and Jacqui McMillan presented the Novotel over some light refreshments, with some members continuing in the bar downstairs afterwards.
Age UK Hounslow opened their new charity shop in Brentford, on the high street by Albany Parade and we were pleased to attend their opening night and help all the staff celebrate this achievement.
We had our preliminary elimination round for the Brentford Dragons 2015 and the surviving candidates have been invited to attend a mentoring session and tonight’s February Spotlight On event.
Members were invited to test out Urban Villa’s beds by staying the night as Brentford’s newest boutique apartment hotel opened its doors with a number of launch parties.
Last night saw over 25 members of Brentford Chamber have a light (but filling) dinner at Brentford Novotel before watching Brentford lose to Watford in what was a thrilling match and not without controversy.
