Starbones suggest the following benefits:
• Exemplar architecture and landscape design: a memorable, multi faceted, mixed use building of very high design quality.
• An outward facing design approach and public realm strategy that helps overcome the severance effect of the M4 flyover.
• A new employment opportunity through the provision of a creative and flexible office offer, in keeping with the business landscape within the Golden Mile.
• Creation of much needed new homes to help meet local housing needs, including affordable housing.
• Contributing towards quality public realm enhancements around the Chiswick Roundabout itself and to better the pedestrian and cyclist environment beneath the M4 flyover.
• Continuing the ongoing regeneration aspirations promoted by the Council for the Brentford and Chiswick area.
