Opening of Verdict Bakery

Verdict Backery warmly welcomed Brentford Chamber members on Tuesday evening for a very merry evening.

We started on a selection of bread that is baked on the premises and a generous offering of wine. Craft bottle beers are also available, as well as a good selection of non-alchoholic drinks. Tea is of course supplied by teapigs.

They have recently appointed a new chef who delighted us throughout the evening with quinoa salad, chorizo, skewers of succulent king prawns and sea bass, beef with mustard or blue cheese sauce, and mushroom in courgette wraps (pictured).

Partners Aaron, Ivan and Alan (pictured with Suzie) acknowledged some teething problems during the opening weeks but are confident they have learned from them.

We welcome Verdict Bakery as members and look forward to seeing them develop their offer.
