Masterclass on HR & Employment Law

Masterclass on HR & Employment Law

Masterclasee

Avensure support small to medium businesses by hosting nationally funded seminars that teach Employment Law & HR and the importance of thorough documentation.

On June 1st we’re running a Free Employment Law Masterclass at St Mary’s University, Twickenham. This is for Business Owners and those at Executive Level discussing issues such as Disciplinary Procedures and Part-Time staff as well as the proper policies required to protect your organisation from any damages.

The event itself would begin at 09:30am and ends at 12:30pm with refreshments at 10:00am.

Led by our expert Barrister, Tom Grady, this masterclass is aimed at business owners and directors, providing the skills and knowledge to grow in a secure way, avoiding potentially costly mistakes.

Covering everything you need to know on:
Obligations: What your responsibilities are, and how to fulfil them in a way that protects your business.
Entitlements: What your staff’s legal rights are, and how to manage them in a fair and commercial way
Staff Behaviour: How to manage attitude, attendance and performance in a way that grows your business in-line with your standards.
Legal Updates: Employment Law always changes – learn what these updates are, how they affect your business, and what you need to do about them.

The event will provide invaluable advice on protecting your brand and staff and is designed to put the legal jargon of Employment Law into real terms, giving Business Owners the tools you need to remain legally compliant.

Again, it’s a free to attend to event that discusses proper policy implementation to protect small businesses from any employee or volunteer and in exchange for attendance they’ll receive:

  • Voucher for Online Health & Safety Courses
  • Voucher for HSE Poster (which is a legal requirement)
  • On-Site Health & Safety Evaluation by our Consultant
