EU Referendum

Surprisingly, our Chamber executive did not mirror all the public polls that suggest the EU Referendum will be very close. But we asked them to vote with a business head rather than their personal view which will be expressed on June 23rd.

Purely considering our businesses, 8 of us voted to remain with only 2 advocating an exit. However, businesses don’t get a vote.

We have no wish to add to the voices telling you which way to vote, whether supported by facts or rhetoric. We’d just like to encourage you all to vote and to encourage your staff to do so.

If you haven’t registered the deadline has been extended to midnight tonight (Thursday). Please don’t leave it until then to register.
