a. We, the members of Brentford Chamber, resolve to continue in existence.
Or
b. We, the members of Brentford Chamber, resolve to dissolve the existence of the Chamber.
c. [if continuing] We, the members of Brentford Chamber, move to adopt the circulated draft constitution as a replacement for our past Objects and Rules.
d. [if dissolving] We resolve to split financial surplus once all dues are paid, between London Museum of Water and Steam and the Musical Museum.
