Upcoming Events

On Saturday February 8th Brentford FC (who are almost top of the league at the moment!) are playing Crawley and you are invited to attend at £20 for football and lunch beforehand at Siracusa. We’re getting quite a group together so it should be an afternoon of fun. Please confirm attendance by 31st January.

We then are meeting up for our Spring Brentford Dragons on February 13th at the Holiday Inn. The new dragons will be announced shortly.

Invitation to Spring Brentford Dragons at the Holiday Inn

Our Spring Brentford Dragons takes place next month, succeeding our launch event and Autumn Dragons last year.

Holiday Inn Brentford LockWe are delighted to announce that Holiday Inn Brentford Lock have graciously agreed to support this evening by sponsoring a three course, sit down dinner with wine and a welcome drink. The evening will commence at 6:30pm on Thursday 13th February.

A select number of business students will pitch their business ideas to the Dragons, who include Will Butler-Adam, Managing Director of Brompton Bicycles, Richard Lee, Brentford FC Goalie and successful entrepreneur, and Penny Jenkins, Director of Kew Bridge Steam Museum. Our final Dragon will be announced shortly.   Our Dragons will quiz the Students and impart beneficial business advice on the feasibility of their project.

Brompton BicycleOur latest Chamber event on Tuesday, gave our members a privileged and fascinating tour of Brompton Bicycle’s factory and headquarters, one of Brentford’s, if not London’s,leading and thriving manufacturers.

We were shown around the factory floor and could see how the streamlined assembly lines worked, and how each individually designed component part was put together to form the iconic Brompton.
