Brentford is full of the most extraordinary people and companies. One such company is RedRoutemaster.com, based in Brentford and proud owners of some beautiful Routemaster Buses. Chamber Member Jan Riley, of Blond Events (a Brentford based Wedding Planner and Event Specialist) suggested that Brentford Chamber should organise a Routemaster to take Chamber Members and BIAS Supporters to the FA Cup Replay at Chelsea.
Brentford Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate Brentford FC on its success at holding Chelsea to a draw in the fourth round of the FA Cup. The President, Secretary and a number of Chamber Members were at Griffin Park to cheer on the team. To celebrate Brentford FC’s fabulous performance and to ensure that our wonderful local team are supported in style, Brentford Chamber of Commerce has hired an Original Red Routemaster to transport Chamber Members and BIAS members to Stamford Bridge for the rematch on Sunday 17th February.
We’d like to thank Brentford FC for hosting our last meeting and Brian Burgess and Chris Gammon for bringing us up to date with plans for Lionel Road.
Our next meeting is on February 26th at the Six Bells, an opportunity to meet the new landlords Glyn and Sonio, and sample their fares. We will be spotlighting a few members and their companies in bite-sized pieces. Andy Ward will be introducing his new company RAW Unlimited to us amongst others. If you’d like to give a five minute talk please get in touch. Formal invitations will be issued shortly but do let us know if you’re coming.
